Shipping containers are delivered on tilt-bed or roll-off trucks. Transit time depends on distance from our yard and driver availability. You'll be contacted 48 hours before arrival.

Utility Trailers

5–14 Business Days

Most trailers are towed via licensed auto transport. Delivery windows are confirmed once a carrier is assigned to your route and can vary by region.

RVs & Motorhomes

7–21 Business Days

RV transport requires licensed RV-specific carriers. We arrange open or enclosed transport based on your preference. Enclosed transport typically adds 3–5 business days to the timeline.

We carry carrier liability on all shipments and will work with you and the carrier to initiate a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For freight deliveries (containers, trailers, and RVs), someone must be present to sign the Bill of Lading and inspect the delivery. Smaller items like propane tanks may offer driver-release options. Your carrier will confirm requirements when they call to schedule your delivery window.
We do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows. Once a carrier is assigned, they will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Expedited orders offer more flexibility with scheduling. If you have a strict timeline, we recommend reaching out before ordering so we can plan accordingly.
Curbside delivery means the driver unloads your item at the street or driveway edge — you're responsible for moving it from there. White-glove delivery includes placement at your designated location on the property, with some products receiving setup assistance. White-glove is ideal for RVs, large containers, and anyone needing precision placement.
All shipments include standard carrier liability coverage. For high-value orders, we offer optional full-value transit insurance at an additional cost. We recommend this for RVs and specialty trailers. Ask our team about insurance options when placing your order.

Delivery Access Requirements

For large deliveries such as containers and RVs, please ensure there is adequate clearance (minimum 14ft height, firm ground access) for our freight trucks. Notify us in advance of any site access challenges so we can plan appropriately.

Delivery Notifications

You will be contacted 24–48 hours before scheduled delivery. If you are unavailable, we will work with the carrier to reschedule at no charge on the first attempt. Missed deliveries that require re-delivery may incur a re-delivery fee.

Shipping Cost Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or by quote. All freight charges are disclosed before payment is processed. We do not add hidden fees post-purchase. Any accessorial charges (lift-gate, rural surcharges) are communicated upfront.

Returns & Refusals

If you refuse a delivery at the time of arrival, return shipping costs become the buyer's responsibility. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or credit at no cost to you.
