Return Eligibility by Product Category
Every product type has different handling, freight, and inspection requirements. Here's how returns work for each.
Shipping Containers
Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and not modified (no cutting, painting, or welding). Buyer covers return freight unless the unit arrived defective or mis-described.
7-Day Inspection WindowPropane Tanks
For safety and regulatory reasons, new and unused propane tanks may be returned within 5 days, provided seals are intact and the tank has never been filled or connected. Used or filled tanks are final sale.
Safety-Regulated ItemTrailers
Trailers may be returned within 7 days if unused, untitled, unregistered, and with original tires, lights, and hardware intact. A reasonable restocking and inspection fee may apply.
7-Day Inspection WindowNew & Used RVs
Pre-purchase inspections are strongly encouraged and available. Due to titling, registration, and depreciation upon use, RV sales are final once paperwork is signed and the unit leaves our lot or a carrier's yard — except where a defect was not disclosed.
Final Sale After Title TransferCustom & Modified Units
Containers, trailers, or units that were custom-built, painted, insulated, shelved, or modified to your specifications are non-returnable once production or modification has begun, as these are built specifically for you.
Non-Returnable / Made-to-OrderDamaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match its listing, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a full refund, replacement, or repair credit at no cost to you.

Provide Photos & Order Details
For damage claims or eligibility checks, send clear photos of the unit, serial/VIN number, and packaging. This lets us approve straightforward cases fast.
Receive Your Return Authorization (RA)
Once approved, we'll issue a Return Authorization number and explain pickup/freight arrangements, restocking fees (if any), and your expected refund amount.
Unit Is Inspected Upon Return
Our team inspects the returned item against the condition reported at delivery to confirm it qualifies under this policy.
Refund Is Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection completion. Bank and card processing times may add a few extra days on their end.

Order Cancellations
Before Shipment or Pickup
Orders cancelled before a container, trailer, RV, or tank has shipped or been scheduled for pickup qualify for a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees already incurred.
After Shipment Has Started
Once freight, delivery, or transport has begun, cancellation may involve a partial refund reflecting freight costs already paid on your behalf, calculated and disclosed transparently before you confirm.
