1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Note: Customized or modified shipping containers are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items sold as-is or on clearance.
  • Custom-built RV trailers or modified shipping containers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damage and a description of the issue.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
